1. Description of Promotion-The promoter is: Global Brands Ltd (company no. 03366749) whose registered office is at Global Brands Ltd. 5th Floor CASA, Lockoford Lane, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S41 7JB, UK. The prize provider is: JET2HOLIDAYS LIMITED (04472486) (“Jet2holidays”), with their registered office at Low Fare Finder House, Leeds Bradford Airport, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS19 7TU;
2. Promotion Period – The competition will run from Wednesday 13th March 2024 09:00 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 Tuesday 28th May 2024 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive. All competition entries shared after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
3. Eligibility – The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, close family members and officers of the Promoter or Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited, Jet2 plc or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter. An entrant may only be entered into the prize draw once.
4. How to Enter – To enter the promotion you must complete the entry form on https://www.vkofficial.com/jet2competition submit your full name and email address to be entered into a prize draw to take place after the closing date. Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be void and will not be entered into this Promotion.
5. Prize – as detailed below. Fulfilment of the prize will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Jet2holidays. If the selected winner fails to claim the prize, it is forfeited and a new winner will be randomly selected. The prize, or any portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No compensation will be offered if the prize winner is unable to accept the prize.

Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. No optional flight/board//transfer/accommodation supplements are included in the prize. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance
If a prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited.
The prize is subject to these terms and conditions (“Prize Terms”) and the Jet2holidays’ and Jet2.com’s terms and conditions (together the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at www.jet2holidays.com/promotions and https://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. The holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions, and these Prize Terms, these prize draw terms and conditions will take precedence.
Prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.
Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value.
Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice. Please note that flight schedules are not guaranteed.
The prize and each element of the prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.
The prize duration may not be extended and no element of the prize may be changed by the winner. Additional passengers outside the maximum amount permitted in the prize details may not be booked onto the prize booking.
All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar.
6. Winner Selection – The Prize Winner will be randomly selected in a draw performed by a computer process on or about 28th May 2024. The Prize Winner will be notified via email within seven calendar days of the draw and asked to confirm Prize acceptance by providing required details within seven calendar days of notification. If the selected Prize Winner fails to confirm acceptance, the Prize is forfeited and the Promoter will randomly select a different winner as soon as reasonably practicable.
The Prize will be sent to the Prize Winner by the Jet2holidays Prize Winner support team, who will contact them via email with details of the prize.
The Prize, or any portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No compensation will be offered if the Prize Winner is unable to accept the Prize. The Prize Winner is responsible for any tax considerations related to accepting the Prize and should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of the Prize.
Additional costs resulting from acceptance of the Prize are the responsibility of the Prize Winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any portion of the Prize for an alternative of equal orgreater value.
7. If the winner does not claim their prize within 7 days from the date on which the promoter notifies you of your win, the promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another randomly selected winner that entered the competition before the Closing Date.
8. Personal Data – The Promoter will process your personal data in order to administer the Promotion and for direct marketing purposes in line with its privacy notice. In the privacy notice you can also read more about your rights in regard to your data.
9. Governing Law – These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
10. General- The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, or website. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where the Promoter deems the entrant is attempting to commit fraud or violate these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Promotion, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion.
Entrants’ details will be used to administer the prize draw and award the prize. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy, https://www.jet2.com/privacy).
When entering the prize draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2holidays. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Jet2holidays for the purposes of marketing (which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2holidays).
Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.

A unique promotion code will be detailed on a leaflet inserted within each VK x VIBE promotional Mixed Packs, of which 100,000 will be available.
The promotion code must be added at the time of booking.

The discount is valid on all holidays with departure between 18 March 2024 and 31 October 2025.

2.         The competition will run from 00.00Hrs on 1st April 2020[19] (the “Opening Date”) to 00.00 on the 8th May 2020[19] (the “Closing Date”)

3.         All competition entries must be shared in accordance with clause 6 below by no later than 00.00 on the Closing Date. All competition entries shared after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

4.         The competition is not open to any employees of Global Brands Ltd (or any subsidiary or holding company) or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition, including any agents or suppliers of the promoter or anyone helping or connected to the setting up of the competition and any such persons shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

5.         The competition is open to anyone over 18 years old and resident of Great Britain (meaning the United Kingdom excluding Northern Ireland).

6.         In entering the competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

7.         To enter the Competition entrants must purchase a VK Mixed 10 Pack from Tesco retaining a proof of purchase, find a winning golden ticket and contact VK with an image of the unique code & proof of purchase via Facebook @VKDrink before the Closing Date. If no Facebook account then enter by email to info@vkofficial.com.

8.         Between the Opening Date and the Closing Date, there is a total of 10 prizes of £250 each.

9.         The golden tickets each have a unique code; once this code has been redeemed it cannot be used again.  
10.    The prize is: £250, sent to the winner by bank transfer or other method agreed with a winner[SR1] [CL2] .

12.    The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants or where it becomes otherwise necessary to do so by notice on the website detailed in paragraph 22 as soon as possible by the promoter.

13.    The promoter is not responsible for:
a.       inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition;
b.      competition entries that are delayed or fail to be shared online, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any internet failure, social media platform failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
c.        proof of sharing, posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
14.    No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice[SR3] .

15.    The Promoter will send the full name of the judge to anyone who writes, within one month after the Closing Date of the competition, requesting details of the judge and who encloses a self-addressed envelope to the address set out in condition 1 above.

16.    The winners will be responded to by Global Brands at the earliest opportunity before the Closing Date. Proof of age will be required.

17.    If you are a winner, you have 14 days from the date on which the promoter notifies you of your win to claim the prize. If you do not claim your prize in this time your claim will become invalid.

18.    If the winner does not claim their prize within 14 days from the date on which the promoter notifies you of your win, the promoter reserves the right to not offer the prize to anyone else.

19.    All winners must provide their name, address, postcode and contact number as well as proof of age and Great Britain residency in order to receive the prize.

20.    The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

21.    By entering this competition, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

23.    Insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up any of the prizes except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

24.    All competition entrants & winners agree to the use of your name, image and competition entry in any publicity material, including the announcement of the winner and any other reasonable and related promotional purposes. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

25.    Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. By entering a competition, an entrant is giving the promoter permission and granting a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format, sub-license the competition entry image and name on all of VK’s Social Media channels, including but not exclusive to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and VK’s website.  

26.    The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
